Booking and Payments

By booking a service with Ayan Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Estimates provided are based on average room sizes and conditions.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellations

We value our staff's time and yours. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are free.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a small service fee.
  • If our team arrives and cannot gain access, a travel fee may apply.

Service Expectations

We strive for 100% satisfaction. To help us achieve this:

  • Please ensure heavy items are moved prior to our arrival if you want cleaning beneath them.
  • Valuables and breakables should be secured.
  • Our team follows a strict checklist to ensure quality consistency.
  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours for a re-cleaning adjustment.

Liability

While we take extreme care, Ayan Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that are intrinsically fragile. We are fully insured and will handle any accidental damage situation professionally and promptly through our insurance channels.
